I'm Susana, a Product Designer and UX Researcher with a background spanning digital design, UX, and product development.

Over the past few years, I've worked mainly in healthcare, where I've underlined the importance of understanding how does user experience actually happen in practice, talking to the people who use the products and observing their context.

I usually work closely with different teams to explore problems, question assumptions, and find solutions that make sense.

It's this curiosity that drives me to explore more complex products: rather than trying to simplify complexity upfront, I try to understand it first.

I've been exploring about how emerging technologies are changing the way we design and build products, and especially how we can make AI-powered products understandable and useful to people.
