Hi, I’m Susana.

Over the years, I've worked across different industries and design disciplines, from graphic and motion design to UX and product design. Working in diverse contexts has taught me to adapt quickly, embrace complexity, and approach problems from multiple perspectives.

I believe good product design starts long before wireframes. It starts with understanding how people work, why systems become complex, and whether we're solving the right problem in the first place.

Today, I combine product discovery, user research, systems thinking, and interaction design to help teams build products that solve real problems.

In recent years, much of my work has focused on healthcare, where complexity is not just a design challenge, but part of people's daily work. Collaborating with healthcare professionals has strengthened my ability to understand specialized areas, handle ambiguity, and design products that support real-world decision-making. 

The lessons I've learned go far beyond the healthcare field and shape my approach to every product, whether it's mapping workflows, facilitating conversations between stakeholders, or improving interactions.
